Privilege escalation via incorrect Technician API authorization

Incorrect authorization in Autel MaxiCharger AC Wallbox Commercial 1.36.00 allows remote authenticated users to access protected resources. The Technician API accepts a low-privileged authorization token but fails to enforce the permissions protecting higher-privileged resources. A valid low-privileged token is required, and the disclosed result is access to resources otherwise restricted from that account.
