Authenticated command execution via unquoted filename placeholders

Command injection in OctoPrint 1.11.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands through file uploads. CommandTrigger inserted uploaded filename and path values into administrator-defined system event commands and passed the result to subprocess.check_call with shell execution enabled, without shell-quoting the substituted values. Exploitation requires a system event handler that uses a filename-based placeholder and the corresponding event to be triggered; otherwise the flaw has no impact.
