Unauthenticated SSRF via proxy URL prefix bypass

SSRF in GeoServer Main Module and Web Application before 2.26.4 and 2.27.0 through 2.27.2 allows remote attackers to send unintended requests. The XML entity resolver matches attacker-controlled entity URLs against a proxy base URL without requiring a slash-delimited path boundary, allowing a crafted URL prefix to pass the allowlist. Exploitation requires entity resolution allowlisting and a proxy base URL with no path or trailing slash, exposing resources reachable from the server.
