Guest-triggered host crash via incorrect page assertion

NULL pointer dereference in Xen 4.12 and later on Arm allows guest OS users to crash the hypervisor through foreign-page mapping. The p2m_get_page_from_gfn path relies on an assertion for a reachable foreign-page ownership case instead of handling it, allowing a NULL page result to reach a dereference in release builds. An unprivileged guest on an Arm host can reach the path; the established impact is a whole-host crash, while escalation and disclosure remain unconfirmed.
