Host crash via unmapped SIM page dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Xen 4.13 and later allows guest OS users to crash the host via a Viridian synthetic timer message. The Viridian timer delivery path assumes the synthetic interrupt message (SIM) page is mapped and dereferences a null pointer when it is not. Reaching the flaw requires an x86 HVM guest with the stimer Viridian extension enabled, and exploitation interrupts every guest on the host.
