Unauthenticated crash via invalid POST write buffer

Denial of service in Apache Traffic Server 9.0.0 through 9.2.12 and 10.0.0 through 10.1.1 allows remote attackers to crash the proxy. HttpSM passes a tunnel producer an invalid request-body buffer and writes the buffered POST into it instead of rejecting the state. The path requires proxy.config.http.request_buffer_enabled to be enabled; its default is 0, and successful triggering interrupts the proxy service.
