API traffic interception via unchecked TLS certificates

Improper certificate validation in Check_MK Python API 2.2 through 6.1.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept API traffic. The API wrapper establishes HTTPS sessions without validating the server certificate, so a forged endpoint is accepted as the configured Checkmk server. Exploitation requires control of the network path; intercepted API traffic can be read or altered, while availability is unaffected.
