Reflected XSS via unsanitized uploaddir error output
Published Jan 20, 2026 · Updated Jan 20, 2026
Reflected XSS in config.php in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.6.870 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted URL. The uploaddir POST value passes through cleanPostPath and is inserted unescaped into an HTML error when the supplied directory does not exist. Exploitation requires user interaction; script code then runs in the affected user's browser context and can read or alter data available to that origin.
