Unauthenticated service interruption via uninitialized IPsec state

Use of an uninitialized variable in F5 BIG-IP products allows remote attackers to terminate TMM through crafted IPsec traffic. F5 identifies the weakness as an uninitialized variable but does not disclose the traffic format or the specific TMM IPsec code path that consumes the unset value. IPsec must be configured; no authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation interrupts traffic processing without reported data disclosure or modification.
