Persistent-volume disclosure via world-readable backing files

Information exposure in OpenEBS Local PV Rawfile before 0.10.0 allows local users to read Kubernetes persistent-volume data. The storage class creates /var/csi/rawfile/ volume directories and disk.img backing files with world-readable permissions instead of restricting access. A low-privileged login on a Kubernetes host is sufficient to read entire backing images, including workload databases, without altering volume data.
