Forced key removal via missing CSRF nonce
Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Double the Donation 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to remove a configured API key through a forged request. The plugin's key-removal action accepts a state-changing request without verifying a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user to click a malicious link, visit a crafted page, or submit a forged form, after which the stored integration key is removed.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
