Unauthorized directory creation via spoofed GET authentication

Missing authorization in N-Media Frontend File Manager 23.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to create directories without permission. The wpfm_create_directory() function trusted spoofable GET authentication state and omitted nonce and permission checks. No account or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to unauthorized directory creation.
