Phishing redirection via unvalidated destination URL
Published Sep 29, 2025 · Updated Sep 29, 2025
Open redirect in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote attackers to send victims to arbitrary websites. Portal for ArcGIS accepts an attacker-crafted destination in a URL and redirects the browser without validating the target; Esri has not identified the affected endpoint or parameter. No authentication is required, but a victim must open the crafted link; successful redirection can lend a trusted portal origin to phishing.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
