Browser script execution via reflected crafted string
Published Sep 29, 2025 · Updated Sep 29, 2025
Reflected XSS in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a browser. Esri has not published the affected request parameter or page; the portal reflects a crafted administrator-supplied string into browser content without safe neutralization. Administrative access is required to supply the string, and another user must open the affected response, exposing browser-accessible data and actions.
