Administrator-authenticated script execution via reflected input
Published Sep 29, 2025 · Updated Sep 29, 2025
Reflected XSS in Esri Portal for ArcGIS 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a browser. Esri has not published the affected endpoint or the exact operation that reflects the crafted string into browser-rendered output without neutralization. Exploitation requires administrative access and user interaction; successful injection runs script in the viewing user's browser context but does not interrupt the service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
