Memory disclosure and corruption via oversized lookup span

Out-of-bounds read/write in OpenPrinting libcupsfilters 2.0.0 through 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to read or corrupt memory. _cfImageReadTIFF allocates xsize times bpp bytes but passes xsize times 3 to cfImageLut, which reads and writes the entire supplied span. Triggering the mismatch requires a crafted CMYK TIFF, a monochrome print option that reduces bpp, and a printer configuration that invokes cfFilterImageToRaster.
