Memory corruption via forward-seek under-allocation

Heap out-of-bounds write in ImageMagick before 14.8.2 allows local users to corrupt process memory through a forward-seeked BlobStream. SeekBlob() advances the BlobStream offset past its extent, while WriteBlob() grows by only the write length and quantum before copying at that offset. Exploitation requires high local privileges and user interaction; the resulting controlled heap overwrite reliably crashes the process, while code execution remains unproven.
