Unauthenticated session creation via QLogin argument injection

Argument injection in Commvault CommCell allows remote attackers to obtain a valid low-privilege session through the login API. CommServe's DoQlogin method concatenates request-controlled commserver, username, and password fields into a QLogin argument string, allowing injected -cs and -localadmin switches to reach a SYSTEM-privileged process. No credentials or user interaction are required; releases 11.32.0 through 11.32.101 and 11.36.0 through 11.36.59 can issue a localadmin token, but this flaw alone does not execute code.
