Authenticated code execution via QCommand output path

Absolute path traversal in Commvault CommCell allows remote authenticated users to write files outside the intended output directory. The QCommand output writer accepts the -file argument as an unrestricted absolute path and writes attacker-influenced qoperation XML output with an arbitrary extension. Administrative QCommand access is required for this flaw alone; writing a JSP file into the Apache webroot enables command execution as the web service account.
