User enumeration via unchecked select-account identifiers

Username enumeration in ZITADEL before 2.71.15, 3.0.0 through 3.3.6, and 4.0.0 through 4.0.2 allows remote attackers to confirm valid accounts. The select-account handler passes an arbitrary submitted user ID to SelectUser, which resolves the account before checking whether that user has an existing session in the same browser. Exploitation is unauthenticated and requires iterating candidate user IDs; successful responses disclose account existence but do not grant account access.
