Unauthenticated memory disclosure via bare login field
Published Jun 17, 2025 · Updated Aug 4, 2026
Memory disclosure in Citrix NetScaler ADC and Gateway 13.1 before 13.1-58.32 and 14.1 before 14.1-43.56 allows remote attackers to read stack data. At /p/u/doAuthentication.do, a bare login field marks a username as present without initializing its buffer, and nsppe formats residual stack bytes into the XML InitialValue response. No authentication is required, but the appliance must expose a Gateway or AAA virtual server; repeated requests can disclose other traffic and session material.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
