CVE-2025-57760Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Superuser takeover via unguarded CLI account creation

Published Aug 25, 2025 · Updated Aug 25, 2025

Privilege escalation in Langflow containers 1.5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with code execution to gain superuser access. The bundled /app/.venv/bin/langflow CLI exposes the superuser command, which creates an administrative account without checking for an existing superuser. Exploitation requires authenticated code execution inside the container and grants control of application users, flows, stored credentials, and configuration.
