Process crash via unchecked vector-length cast

Integer overflow in rust-ffmpeg 0.3.0 after commit 5ac0527 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via an oversized vector length. The Vector::new constructor casts a usize length above i32::MAX to c_int without validation, causing sws_allocVec() to return null before coefficients() dereferences the pointer. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass an attacker-controlled oversized length through the safe Rust API; only that process is interrupted.
