Password disclosure via incomplete Detective Mode redaction

Sensitive data exposure in Simple History before 5.8.2 allows remote authenticated users with administrative access to read passwords from logs. append_debug_info_to_context() copied GET and POST fields and raw request bodies into Detective Mode context while redacting only a narrow password case. Detective Mode must be enabled, and reading the captured plaintext passwords requires administrator or database access.
