Persistent script execution via unsanitized offense fields

Stored XSS in Code Projects Traffic Offense Reporting System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in viewers' browsers. /save-reported.php writes eight offense-report fields to the database without validation, and viewing pages render the stored values without sanitization. A user session is required to submit the payload, and another user must view an affected offense page for the script to run in that viewer's browser.
