Privilege escalation in FrostWire 6.14.0-build-326 for macOS allows local users to inject code into its TCC-approved process. The signed application enables DYLD environment variables and disables library validation, so DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES loads an attacker-controlled dylib. Any local user who can launch FrostWire can execute code with the application's existing TCC access to directories macOS has approved for that process.
