Stream manipulation via unauthenticated Telnet commands

Missing authentication in Blackmagic Web Presenter 3.3 allows remote attackers to alter stream settings through its Telnet service. The device exposes a command interface on TCP port 9977 that accepts stream-control commands without requesting credentials or validating a session. Any remote attacker with network reachability to that port can change video modes and other device functions, disrupting or redirecting a live stream.
