Credential disclosure via unauthenticated configuration endpoint
Published Sep 22, 2025 · Updated Sep 23, 2025
Information disclosure in Creacast Creabox Manager 4.4.4 allows remote attackers to read plaintext admin credentials via HTTP. The unauthenticated /get endpoint returns internal configuration, including creacodec.lua, without filtering credentials embedded in stream URLs. Network access to the device is sufficient; disclosure is limited to configuration data and credentials, with no direct write or service-interruption effect.
