Unauthenticated file read via DNS TXT query

Path traversal in Cola Dnslog 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to read local files through crafted DNS TXT record queries. In src/logserver/dnslog.py, the TXT handler passes the lowercased query name to os.path.join with the temporary directory, then opens the resulting path without enforcing that it remains beneath that directory. Unauthenticated network access to the authoritative DNS service is sufficient, and exposed file contents are returned in TXT answers without reported write or code-execution capability.
