Unauthenticated command execution via IPTV parameter injection
Published Sep 19, 2025 · Updated Sep 19, 2025
Command injection in Tenda AC6 router firmware 15.03.05.19 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands via crafted POST requests. The formSetIptv handler passes the list and vlanId values to sub_ADBC0, which interpolates them into nvram set command strings executed by doSystemCmd without sanitizing command delimiters. No authentication or user interaction is required; injected shell syntax grants command execution on the router.
