Service interruption via unchecked registrant array indexing

Buffer overflow in the SPDK 25.05 NVMe-oF target allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory through Reservation Register commands. The nvmf_ns_update_reservation_info function indexes a 16-entry registrant array without stopping when the namespace has additional registrants. When PTPL is explicitly enabled, an initiator able to register more than 16 hosts can overwrite adjacent memory, disrupting the target or altering data.
