Unauthenticated transfer bypass via public whitelist setters

Improper access control in BATBToken allows remote attackers to bypass transfer delays by changing whitelist and special-address state. The public setColdWhiteList() and setSpecialAddress() setters omit owner checks, so any caller can rewrite mappings used by transfer and dividend logic. No contract role or prior token balance is required; a transaction enables immediate transfers and alters special-address handling.
