Unauthorized coupon use via unchecked coupon ID
Published Dec 4, 2025 · Updated Dec 5, 2025
Incorrect access control in platform 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to apply another user's coupon through a crafted order request. ApiOrderController.submit passes unvalidated request JSON to ApiOrderService, which reads couponId and calls apiCouponMapper.getUserCoupon without verifying coupon ownership. Order submission must accept an attacker-selected couponId; successful use lowers the purchase amount with another user's coupon.
