Stored script execution via unescaped usernames

Stored XSS in AVTECH DGM1104 FullImg-1015-1004-1006-1003 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in another user's browser. PwdGrp.cgi accepts arbitrary HTML in a new user's username and stores it without neutralization before the user list renders it. An attacker needs device credentials, and execution requires another user to open the user list page; impact is limited to that browser session.
