CVE-2025-57201Known exploitationPublic exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized SMB settings

Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026

Command injection in the SMB share function of AVTECH DGM1104 FullImg-1015-1004-1006-1003 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The cgibox mount_smb_share function reads the saved Network.NetworkShare.Address value from flash, embeds it without shell sanitization in a mount command, and passes the command to system(). Valid web-interface credentials are required to save the value; the resulting command runs as root when the configured share mounts.
