Authenticated root command execution via unsanitized ping address

Command injection in AVTECH DGM1104 FullImg-1015-1004-1006-1003 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. NetFailDetectD reads the Network.NetworkFailureDetection.Address value from flash, strips only quotation marks and backticks, embeds it in a ping command, and passes that string to popen, leaving $() shell substitution intact. Access to the authenticated configuration API is required; successful exploitation runs arbitrary operating-system commands with root privileges on the camera.
