Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
Command injection in AVTECH DGM1104 FullImg-1015-1004-1006-1003 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The cgibox FTP-test function reads saved FTP configuration values from flash, inserts them into an FtpClient command without sanitization, and passes the string to system(). Access to the administrative web interface and valid credentials is required; successful exploitation grants root command execution on the camera.
