Missing login throttling in PHPGurukul Online Library Management System 3.0 allows remote attackers to brute-force administrator credentials. The Login function in adminlogin.php accepts repeated credential submissions without rate limiting or account lockout. No prior access is required; a successful guess exposes the administrator dashboard and its privileged library-management functions.
