Missing rate limiting in PHPGurukul Online Library Management System 3.0 allows remote attackers to compromise user accounts. The index.php login handler accepts unlimited credential attempts without throttling or account lockout. No credentials or user interaction are required; exploitation depends on guessing a valid username-password pair and grants that account's privileges.
