Remote router crash via oversized UploadCfg v17 parameter

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda W30E firmware 16.01.0.19 (5037) allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted request. The UploadCfg function fails to validate the length of the attacker-controlled v17 parameter before placing it in a stack buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is interruption of router service.
