SSRF in WonderCMS 3.5.0 custom module installation allows remote authenticated users to force internal or external HTTP requests. The installer passes the administrator-controlled pluginThemeUrl value to curl_exec() without sufficient URL validation. Administrator access is required, and the server becomes the request origin for reachable internal or external resources.
