Authenticated data disclosure via unmasked cursor fetches

Information disclosure in DALIBO PostgreSQL Anonymizer 2.0 through 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to read unmasked table data. The dynamic-masking query path fails to apply configured masking rules when rows are fetched through a database cursor or exported by pg_dump with --insert. Exploitation requires a masked database role and nondefault transparent dynamic masking; the result is disclosure of authentic data, not modification or service interruption.
