Application crash via invalid ICNS header validation

Denial of service in Qt Framework 6.3.0 through 6.5.9, 6.6.0 through 6.8.4, and 6.9.0 allows attackers to crash applications via ICNS files. QICNSHandler::scanDevice supplies a computed file bound to isBlockHeaderValid, whose qBound-based check can assert before validating the bound ordering. Reachability requires an application to load an attacker-supplied ICNS image through QImage or indirectly during QTextDocument rendering.
