Local configuration disclosure via predictable AES key

Information disclosure in Reolink Desktop Application 8.18.12 allows local users to decrypt sensitive configuration data in %APPDATA%. The key-loading path decrypts com.reolink.app.client with MD5("com.reolink.app") and a fixed IV, then derives the key for the UUID-named configuration file. Exploitation requires local application-data access; Reolink disputes the hard-coded-key characterization and states that key material is randomly generated per installation.
