Stored XSS via unescaped recipe fields

Stored XSS in Mealie 3.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript when another user views a recipe. The API stores attacker-controlled note and text values, and the recipe detail view inserts them without HTML escaping. A logged-in attacker must create or modify a recipe and wait for another user to open it, where the payload runs in that user's browser context and can act with that session's privileges.
