Browser script execution via reflected mobile parameter
Published Feb 26, 2026 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Reflected XSS in PuneethReddyHC Event Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser. The backend/register.php handler interpolates a rejected mobile POST value into an HTML validation error without output encoding or sanitization. Exploitation requires a victim's browser to submit attacker-controlled registration data, after which the script runs in the application's origin.
