Application hang via attacker-controlled iteration limit

Uncontrolled resource consumption in finance.js 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to hang applications through crafted IRR input. Finance.prototype.IRR trusts cfs.depth as its callback-iteration guard, while seekZero repeatedly invokes the NPV callback until its result crosses zero. An application must expose attacker-influenced IRR inputs; a sufficiently large depth value prolongs synchronous calculation and blocks the JavaScript execution thread.
