Application denial of service via attacker-controlled IRR depth

Excessive iteration in Finance.js 4.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to stall or crash applications through IRR input. IRR accepts a caller-controlled depth value and checks it only after each NPV evaluation, letting seekZero perform an attacker-selected number of cash-flow calculations. Reachability requires a consuming application to expose attacker-controlled IRR arguments; the bounded consequence is CPU exhaustion that stalls or crashes that application.
