SMF crash via fatal PCO length assertion

Reachable assertion in the Open5GS SMF before 2.7.5 allows remote attackers to crash the process with malformed PCO data in NGAP messages. The ogs_pco_parse function computes a consumed size from attacker-controlled length fields and aborts when that size differs from the supplied data length. An unauthenticated sender able to deliver crafted NGAP session traffic can terminate the SMF, interrupting session-management service until the process restarts.
