Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized fname

SQL injection in 1000Projects Online Notice Board 1.0 allows remote attackers to access and alter database data through register.php. The registration handler inserts the POST fname value directly into an SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding, allowing crafted syntax to change query execution. No login is required; the published time-based payload delays MySQL with SLEEP, and database permissions bound the readable or writable data.
